I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service my wife and I received from your company.
Our Saturn Vue had a front wheel bearing replaced by our Saturn dealer-ship in Virginia, 7 months prior and began to display the same problems in early February. Your service staff quickly diagnosed that the same wheel bearing needed replacement and informed us that this should be covered by the Saturn service warranty. My wife and I both greatly appreciated the expert knowledge, professional and courteous service that we received from your staff.
I have 22 years of service in the Army and respect the integrity that your establishment displayed to us. The resolution of this problem is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of your assistance and support.
