Referral Program

As with any small business, we are always looking for ways to increase our business and to let prospective customers know about the services we provide. We use many forms of advertising and want to make sure we are investing in the areas that are most effective. Through analyzing our various advertising avenues we determined that 65 to 70% of our new customers come from personal referrals from previous customers, friends and family. This tells us that we are doing some things right, although we know there is always room for improvement, and that personal referrals are where we need to be focusing our advertising efforts. We usually choose companies that we do business with personally and professionally based on a referral from someone we know. We look at the service provided, the quality of the product, or service and the convenience of doing business with them.

For each new customer that you refer to us that has repairs performed that exceed $100 we will place a credit on your account for $20 to be used for your next visit, at either Schertz Auto Service or Auto Collision Works. If you have young adults driving this could be very valuable. We will send you an email to let you know when your account has been credited. There is no limit to the number of customers you may refer and you can stop by anytime to pick up referral cards. We always look forward to rewarding our customers that are out there sharing good words about us.
